Due to shipping, your cookie dough may arrive thawed and not picture-perfect, but rest assured it’s still ready to rise to the occasion. Per our policy, a little squish is par for the course with thawed dough—it’s all part of the homemade charm! Let us know if you need baking tips to shape it into something delicious.
3. How long does the cookie dough stay fresh?
Our cookie dough can be refrigerated for up to 6 months, frozen up to one year. Our products are shelf stable for up to 21 days at room temperature.
4. How long does it take to ship?
Orders ship within 48 business hours to home only.
5. How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary based on the number of units and your location.

15. I have family out of state who wants to order from my fundraiser. Do you have an online option for them to order and ship to them?
This is 100% online, so family & friends anywhere in the continental United States can place an order.
16. Does CookieDoughOnline.com have any donation or scholarship programs?
Yes, our online platform does accept donations if your participants choose not to purchase products.

18. I am a customer purchasing from a fundraising volunteer. Are checks accepted?
No, all orders are placed online and paid via a credit or debit card.
19. Are there any cancellation fees?
Yes, there is a 3% credit card fee when cancelling an order or donation.
20. Do the fundraising flavors include any nuts?
Yes, some of our products do have nuts. We do manufacture in a facility with tree nuts and peanuts. We do have a specific cleaning procedure between each product to reduce the chance of cross contamination.
